We measure and weigh your cargo, map its centre of gravity and lifting points, then engineer a crate drawing built to the exact load and journey.
Build & Brace
Timber and plywood are cut, assembled and internally braced with cushioning, blocking and bolt-down mounts to lock the cargo in place.
Treat & Certify
Every component is ISPM-15 heat-treated, IPPC-stamped and released with the export paperwork your shipment needs to clear customs.
