Certificates & Compliance
Every pallet, crate and drum we ship carries the credentials your cargo needs to move — heat-treatment records, IPPC stamping, quality management and full customs documentation, controlled in-house and verifiable on request.
Credentials That Clear Customs, Not Just Cabinets
For an exporter, a certificate is not paperwork — it is the difference between a container that clears and a container that sits. We build compliance into the line so every stamp is backed by a process we control.
From the mill-sourced timber we accept to the IPPC mark we apply, Pack Pro owns each stage of the standard: raw-material inspection, in-house ISPM-15 heat treatment, load testing, batch records and export documentation. Nothing critical is outsourced, so nothing critical is left to chance — and the evidence to prove it travels with your shipment.
The result is packaging that meets the international standards your trade depends on, accepted at customs across 180+ countries, and a document trail your compliance team, freight forwarder and customs broker can all rely on.

Eight Standards Behind Every Shipment
Quality, compliance and traceability aren't separate departments here — they're one continuous chain, from the timber yard to the loading bay.
ISPM-15 / IPPC
Wood packaging heat-treated and IPPC-stamped to the international phytosanitary standard for export.
ISO 9001
Quality management principles applied across production, inspection and dispatch for consistent output.
FSC Responsible Sourcing
Timber drawn from responsibly managed, traceable forestry sources and trusted supply partners.
Export Compliance
Packaging built and marked to satisfy the import requirements of the destination market.
Heat Treatment Records
Chamber time, core temperature and batch logs retained for every heat-treated consignment.
Fumigation-Free Guarantee
Heat treatment instead of chemical fumigation — no methyl bromide, cleaner for cargo and crew.
Material Traceability
Each order tied back to its material source and production batch for full downstream accountability.
Customs Documentation
Packing declarations and compliance paperwork prepared to move with the shipment, first time.

Held To The Standard, Proven By The Process
Compliance at Pack Pro is not a badge bought once — it is a discipline repeated on every batch. Here is what each core standard means for your cargo.
ISPM-15 / IPPC Heat Treatment
Solid-wood packaging is heat-treated in our own chambers until the core reaches the required temperature and holds it for the mandated duration, neutralising pests without chemicals. Each compliant piece is then marked with the IPPC stamp so it is recognised at customs worldwide.
Quality Management
ISO-grade quality principles run through the whole line — incoming material checks, dimensional and load testing, fastener and finish inspection, and a final multi-point sign-off before dispatch. Consistency is the point: what you approved on the first order is what arrives on the hundredth.
Sourcing & Traceability
We source from responsibly managed and traceable suppliers, and tie every order back to its material and production batch. If a question ever arises downstream, the record exists to answer it.
Full certificates are available to clients on request.
Quality You Can Verify
Certification only matters if it holds up at the border and in the record book. Ours is built to do both.
Certification is only worth the container it clears. We control the whole line so the stamp on the timber is backed by a record we can put in front of any customs officer.
Because heat treatment, testing, stamping and documentation all happen under one roof, there is no gap between the claim and the evidence. When a client, broker or authority needs proof, we produce it — batch records, treatment logs and the relevant certificates, on request.
